By downloading or using AI Translate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Description of Service

AI Translate provides AI-powered translation and linguistic tools. The service is provided "as is."

Important: Translation results are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI may produce errors, inaccuracies, or culturally inappropriate content. Always verify critical information (legal, medical, or financial) with a professional.

2. Subscription and Payments

If you purchase a Premium/Pro subscription:

Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes/App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Device Account Settings after purchase. We cannot process refunds directly on your behalf.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app to:

Submit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or infringing on intellectual property.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the app.
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service for mass data collection.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original text you input. AI Translate and its licensors own all rights, titles, and interests in the app’s design, code, and proprietary technology.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Translate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to translation errors or data loss.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
